I just need to finish up the editing for the film and actually break the sugar glass and record/document the piece. For my in class project I prepared more bags for ironing and made more plastic bag fabric.

This I divided the three parts my sculpture would be in and I started to make the plastic bag fabric parts. I tried different methods to see which was the most efficient and effective. Then for my at home project I filmed it with my friend so now I just need to edit it. For the other art assignment activity making the sugar glass was hard. The first couple of times it didn't harden at all so I kept having to put it back on the stove.
Art Director
They lead how the overall aesthetic of a publication, film, tv show or general campaign looks. Art directors also need to be able to lead their entire department which includes managing other creative designers and artists in their department while simultaneously carrying out the client’s vision. Art directors typically start out in a fine art-related field like photography for around five years and usually have a bachelor’s degree in art and sometimes a master’s in art. The most important part would be acquiring a strong portfolio in order to get the job. You can get a degree in almost any fine art but graphic design would be more specific for this field. Rhode Island School of Design is one of the best design and overall art schools. Other schools renowned for this major would be Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab, University of Cincinnati: College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, Carnegie Mellon University School of Design, and Parsons The New School for Design. I tried to make the sugar glass and since I don't have a candy thermometer I'm just kinda eyeballing it, but it is yet to harden up yet. For now I just have a tray full of sugar and corn syrup. I'm going to try to see if I can heat up the mixture and just heat it up to the correct temperature. Also for the short film I finally finished the Harry cardboard cutout.
